My hair feels the worst it has ever been, I cannot even run a brush through it, it feels like chalk and I have even had to straighten it this morning, as it was curlier than it ever has been. From the moment I walked in to the Salon I was asked to take a seat, I waited and then was asked to sit at the basin. I sat at the basin and then was asked to move, I moved and then was asked to sit at the basin again and then was asked to move again so another hair dresser could use the basin. Then I was asked to sit at the basin again. This time my hair was washed and then I went over to another seat to have the Keratin applied and then waited for 1hr. Then the hair dresser came to dry my hair, she pulled and tugged and it hurt quite alot, she stopped several times and was on her phone and even walked away to do something on her phone without even saying anything right in her middle of it. She didn't dry my hair properly and definitely didn't straighten it in small enough sections either. I did advise that I was not happy, but was only offered to have it washed out. I sent a message via messenger on Facebook and an email and received no response. I have had Keratin several times before and never has my hair been like this. It has always felt smooth, shiny and light. Not heavy, dense, matted, dull and curly. I left it for the 3 days as advised and still need to straighten it. Worst service ever. Definetley do not recommend.
