  I went in for a package regrow, foils, cut, blow dry. It started off well. I was then guided to the basin where I sat for an hour. The guy who did my hair left me to go and do someone else’s hair. I eventually said to a girl walking pass cab this be rinsed out please. She rinsed it out and I went back to the chair where she blow dried it. I then sat and waited again. I called out to the guy doing someone else’s hair and he literally stormed over and aggressively proceeded to tell me that no one helps and I should be patient. Had a tantrum. Started telling me to sit still do he could cut my hair. Roughly started cutting it without speaking. I was actually feeling anxiety at this stage. I was surprised at the end of it all my hair foils looked great. I was in there for over 3 hours. Customer service needs to be brought into their training. One star for service but 3 stars for hair.

  I went in for a hair cut this morning. I have quite short hair and was constantly told during the cut today that I had very thick hair. I have attended this salon for more than 2 years and usually have a hairdresser named Chilla. She is currently away so another lady cut my hair today. The last time I had a cut was only 2 months ago. At that time I was charged $35.00 but was told that the price was going up. Today at the conclusion of the hair cut I was told it was $55.00 and that was because I had left it so long between cuts and my hair had grown so much that it required more attention. I was there because I wanted a hair cut because my hair had grown. As I said, I have very short. white hair and each time I have it cut it is always short. Why would I be charged and extra $20 BECAUSE MY HAIR HAD GROWN. I was also told that if I come in sooner next time it will not be as much. I could not believe the price rise, just because MY HAIR HAD GROWN. The woman that cut it this morning was so arrogant. If I had known that it was going to cost $55.,00 I would have walked away. I was stunned to be told the price and then to be given the excuse that it was because my hair had grown. Considering that my hair is always worn short, what I had today was only a trim. It was the same style I always wear. It was not even a new style. My hair is too short for a change of style. Just a trim.

  Arrogant, rude staff who can't even offer a glass of water/coffee in 3hrs there but get themselves one. Can't do foils properly all uneven big chunks not even done & roots touch up didn't match my hair so a big banded line at top,just awful,$225 for a very bad job. They take so long as continually stopping work to chat. Only 2 basins so everyone lining up. Horrible salon decor the seats falling apart, walls old, no art,staff shabbily dressed. Got very defensive & condescending when I called to politely say not happy with my hair. Won't ever return.Go elsewhere. They suck.

  Disappointed,left waiting after timer stopped not the first time. Always need to rewash hair at home after dye. Not returning.

  I went in for eyelash tinting and to remove my make up she gave me alcohal swabs. I fully trusted her and put on eyelash and it really hurt obviously. Than after she tinted my eyelashes she left the room without so much as a warning. So I'm alone for 10 min while my eye really hurts. And I had never done this before and she did not explain procedure at all.

  extremely overpriced, only got a 15minute hair trim and they charged me $40. (didn’t realise how much it was till after i left but was wondering why they looked so suspicious putting the transaction through)

  I would usually recommend going here for the beauty part of this establishment, as I have no qualms with the hairdressing side of the store as they always do a great job, but yesterday I had a bad experience with getting my eyebrows threaded by the new beautician. It’s the second time she did my eyebrows and ruined the shape of the by over threading them, and now I have patches in them, I said this to her and was still asked to pay the amount they charged. I am highly upset with my myself as I gave her the benefit of the doubt by going back the second time thinking it was just a mistake the first. I suggest you go elsewhere till the get a new beautician in to take over from her. I am not happy!

  I wandered in with my self mutilated mop needing desperate help. I was immediately welcomed in by the staff who were warm & welcoming. I've never been one for getting my hair cut I usually do it myself, scared that I will not like what they do. Since walking out of there today, I know I won't be going anywhere else. My hair feels AMAZING! It is light, sleek, gorgeous! I didn't not expect to be this happy with my hair, ever! So thank you so so much. It was a great experience. Loved the atmosphere my hair was just a bonus. 10/10

  Took my little boy in for his very first haircut. They totally hacked it and left him with a rats tail. I didn't realise how bad it was until we got home and his hair dried. I have never seen such a terrible haircut. I wouldn't let that unskilled hairdresser go near my dog. Her workmanship was atrocious.
