My girlfriend and I are grandparents of 14 and visit the Kaiser store each Saturday to purchase presents. Each time we are rewarded with a 50% discount voucher, BUT NOT TODAY. The officious staff member told us our voucher did not work on some items and refused to give us another for next week. She told us we should never have been given vouchers if we didn’t shop during the week. We won’t be back to look for Xmas presents.
