Cheap imports buyer beware management these products do not meet Australian standards false n misleading information.. Could not change stars from 4 to 1!

Cool Case mobile phone & repair shop situated Springfield Lakes Qld, have sold a product to me which I believe is not upto Australia standards. I purchased what I was told a shatter proof phone case. I was happy with this until just 2 days later the phone was accidentally dropped with the screen being shattered. I was told it would be fine as the 2 ends were raised nothing would come in contact with the ground it would meet my requirements. I purchased the product confidently not knowing what was about to happen. The phone was just purchased it's why I seeked there professional advice later to find out Cool Case have sold the incorrect item to me.... Iam just making the buyer beware before purchasing of Cool Case phone Springfield. Shop around or seek assistance from a phone shop not imports that do not meet our standards here in Australia Regards Jason....
