Very disappointed with the phone contact with the Springfield Central store, sales assistant claimed they did not stock the item I was wanting (it is shown on their website). She could not confirm if it could be ordered or offer any further assistance. I won’t be shopping here again.

The Girl serving us was the rudest I have ever come across in customer service and shouldn't have a job. Would never shop there again.
