I checked with reception about the massages offered, then went in 4 days later to book an appointment. Another receptionist was at the desk and she immediately said I could not book a lymphatic massage because the massage therapist had left the practice. After explaining that I had checked and was told that it was offered she went to a room to talk to someone and on return booked an appointment for me 2 days later. She asked for my phone number and entered it on the computer. When I turned up for the appointment, the receptionist I had seen the first time told me that the therapist was sick and had not come to work and because they did not have my phone number she could not contact me to cancel the appointment. Shoddy service. Will not recommend this practice to anyone.
