On my behalf i recommend Q&A, they provide a great service & i did not leave unsatisfied! I was exceptionally happy with my visit & the outcome of my set, i will definitely be back.

Customer Service was ok during the visit, however the nail service was poor! Received a pedicure & manicure, plus adding a gel colour to both toenails & finger nails, spending $160 on myself and another friend of mine. Gel polish finish is poor, quite lumpy (not flat in line with the nail), one nail the side is filed more than the other, technician cut my skin and it bleed a lot, the technician continued going with the remaining nails before asking me to wash my hands and went to put a bandaid on my finger but the blood has already clotted (must mean I am healthy), the cut now feels like it could be getting infected after a day. I will not be returning which is a shame for their business! I am seeking a regular go to and this will not be it!
