Outright discrimination and abuse towards people with disabilities. Visited here with a client looking to purchase some gifts and the owner of the store screamed across the store at us that their store did not have wheelchair access and then proceeded to shoot very dirty looks and mutter about people in wheelchairs as we walked around. When approached to discuss they then proceeded to scream abuse at myself claiming that because her sister has a medical condition it gave her the right to humiliate someone in a wheelchair and discriminate against people wanting to visit the shop. I will never spend another cent there and will be informing everyone I know what awful people they are and advising they avoid them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
