I bought a size 6 shoe as a gift that ended being too big for the recipient. There are no size fives in any of the other nice shoes we were told we could exchange with. So we asked for a refund or store credit. These are not available at all. No refund at all. I called head office and nothing could be done. This is the worst shoe shopping policy ever.
