I went there yesterday and booked a foot and back massage. After the foot massage, I asked to use the toilet as I had just drunk a bottle of water. I had to ask twice before this was allowed as the toilet was outside across the mall. As I was exiting the toilet I noticed the manager videoing me on his mobile phone. I returned and had the rest of my massage without incident. I rang up the following day complaining about this and was told they had trouble with some customers not paying. I rang Consumer Affairs and they suggested I contact a lawyer which I am in the process of doing. I will never go back there again.
