I would like to complain about flight Centre as a whole. Dec 2019 we booked a cruise through Flight Centre St Clair on April 29th 2020 I recieved an email that they were closing and that our paperwork was being forwarded to West lakes . when princess Cruises advised that they were cancelling our cruise I went to their wbsite and filled out the paperwork for our refund to which they responded that we had to deal through our travel agent so we went to Westlakes but even though email said our paperwork was there we were told that it had been sent to Glenelg however Glenelg are closing and it will be sent to Marion. 3 weeks ago I got a phone call from Westlake to say that Marion had our refund from Princess but as I had to fill out a form for it to be payed into a different account they emailed it to me. I took the form Personlly to Marion but the girl there said no this is West lakes so we will forwardto them. I then emailed westlakes and told them this so I then recieved anemail back from there to say she sorted it out and Marion definately have the money.but it wasnt paid in so 1 week ago I phoned marion and the chap I spoke to looked it up and said yes it has been refunded to us and yes we have your paper work and it will be processed in due course . well sorry but one week later and still no refund to us . i am sorry Flight Centre but you have now had this money which is ours not yours for 3 weeks so We certainly would not book through you again and have also being telling our Friends about your lack of service
