They never answer their phone. They blame it on Covid 19. Nonsense. That has nothing to do with it.I decided to attend the store and waited outside and rang them. There were staff doing nothing and no-one answered the phone. Not acceptable. Lazy staff and Lazy management for not assigning someone to the phones.
