RIDICULOUS pricing. Say they charge from $40, looked at my car, listed off the things they had to do "wipe dash, vacuum seats" and tried to charge $70! Am I meant to bring a pristine car in for cleaning for the $40 charge? A carwash has to clean a dirty car, fancy that. But to charge almost double than advertised for a bit of dog hair. Worst customer service as well

I asked for a vacuumed interior and my seats wiped down not shampooed and the vinyl wiped on doors and dash i was quoted $20 my 12 year old could do a better job looked like the floor was vacuumed quickly and seats not wiped all the doors were still covered in makeup finger prints and no sign of a cleaning fluid smell used and to top off tried to charge me $30 to which I refused this was not the service I would expect of a new client WILL NOT BE BACK

Went to take my car in on 2 separate occasions, using a Groupon voucher. As soon as I showed the voucher, they were suddenly "booked up" but they "may" have a spot in another hour and a half. I could understand this if it happened once, or late in the afternoon, or first thing in the morning, but not at 10.30 and 2.30 on different days. I have given up, gone elsewhere and got my money back from Groupon. I was told "not to raise my voice" ( I hadn't) and the customer service factor was zilch!
