Slow, unresponsive, inefficient and dishonest. Over 2 hours in the store and left without resolve.

I go to the telstra shop 2-20 pm on the 13/6/21 to enquire about two phones knowing that they close at 3pm but no they shut up early and now leave me short on this long weekend, very very ordinary way to run a company
