My husband purchased a loaf of bread from the caltex last night. I went to use it this morning and it is mega stale and has mould growing on it. I just went up to return it this morning and was refused as I did not have a receipt even though it was starmart branded bread. Who gets a receipt for a loaf of bread?!? I've never needed a receipt when returning faulty items from the supermarket. The lack of understanding and emapathy and unnecessary running around over a loaf of bread was very disappointing.
