Absolutely fantastic service and keep to the promise of “its all about the customer” manager Deb very helpful and polite replaced a mist diffuser when it had stopped working. This was after I was buying another 2 diffusers and explained that my old one had stopped working. Deb asked me to return it so she could look at it. I did just that and was given a replacement with no hassle. Thank you Deb I will be back defiantly this is what customer care should be. Well done
