I come from interstate and recently got caught short not packing some suitable cloths. I went shopping in Harbour Town for these cloths. The displays in the Stafford Ellinson store there attracted me to the entrance, whilst browsing the rack of shirts a store employee asked if he could assist me, as I was declining he suggested there were some other item I might be interested in and took me to these items. His empathetic nature to my needs and willingness to listen and understand what I wanted resulted in me being able to acquire all the items I needed. Being close to the airport, his enthusiasm to satisfy me and competent knowledge of his stock will result in me certainly returning to the store when ever I am in Adelaide. I would like to thank Aldo for his attention to detail and what is fast becoming hard to find customer service executed in a pleasant and respectful way.
