Thoroughly disappointed with lack of knowledge and service,was booked to be in two places at once,waiting four weeks for a refund still has not arrived,constantly chasing them for information,tickets,travel pack,Sighed for tickets and itinerary when mistakes were found we received a blank look and you singed shrug.This was our first overseas holiday and trusted a supposed professional agency to provide a smooth hassle free holiday. Next time My daughter can help us. Only asked for one extra day each end of a Scenic trip with one extra tour.
