Service is terrible and they offer no guarantee on any of their products, which is understandable considering the iPad covers they sell are utter crap. I have purchased two iPad covers and each only lasted 6 months before they fell apart from general use. iTop would not give any refund and would not even give a discount on a replacement. Buyer beware!!
