Hi there, I noticed that McDonald's crew are doing their best to assist customers. But I noticed that the Manager is yelling on the staff. Do not yell on the staff but firm with them otherwise the staff will loose their respect to you. Try to put yourself in their position and I am sure you will not like it. BE NICE TO THEM AND THEY WILL DO THEIR JOB 100% TO SUPPORT YOU AND MACDONALD.
