We attended your store at noon today 20th March 2021 and after giving our name were told that there could be a 105 minute wait. I approached staff at that time ( 105 minutes ) later and was told that there were still 5 people ahead of us. After expressing our disappointment with the inefficient system were then told by your assistant that we were jumping in front of ( NOW ) 8 other people and that she would install a new sim card in our phone. I had already swapped info from old phone. Offence was taken at my criticism of the system where to the customer at least 8 staff and only about two customers were present over a period of 45 minute observation. It was explained that "just because we do not look like we are working doesn't mean that we aren't", which we understand, but it must be realised from a customer ( WAITING ) perspective it is not a good look. Back office work should be done back office out of sight of customers in our opinion. My attitude and action was misinterpreted, and I was told I would have to leave the store and wait another 90 minutes. At no time did I abuse the staff, I just criticised your customer service system and attitude of the assistant. Hoping this is accepted as positive constructive criticism and not misinterpreted. We finally got a result.
