The most dreadful and incompetent staff we have ever encountered. We waited 15 minutes to get service and then the female behind the counter did not know what to do and the older lady asked us if she get us all coffee and cake. She was joking but was not happy either. Will never use this post office again.

Charging service fees for eftpos during pandemic, when we are encouraged to use credit card !!!
