Do not I repeat go to this store after taking my edge to be repaired and had to pick up phone in Melbourne store after three weeks I paid and after a short time phone stopped working

No refund policy, no accountability, rude staff member ( continued working on something as I tried to talk to her, refused to ring her manager when I requested a refund for goods not fit for purpose, lied about having a phone she could use for business). Avoid this store at all costs.

Not happy with what I purchased. They talked me into the more expensive screen protector and case but the corner of the screen protector and case smashed after it feel out of my bag onto a laminated floor. They weren't cheap to purchase but the quality was definitely cheap and nasty.

This is the worst shop i have been to. The customer service was awful. The manager Ben Lin was rude on the phone and refused to give me a refund despite the phone protector not working. The keys don't type properly. The product is obviously cheap and not compatible with the phone.
