I asked for a trim and received a man’s haircut. It would be the worst haircut I have had. Don’t go Monday morning.

As I was actually turned away from my usual hair salon in Southland tonight I thought that I would try a different salon in the Shopping Centre tonight & I was very impressed with the quality of service that I was given & also by the way I was treated by AJ & also his beautiful wife Neesha & she actually did a fantastic job with my hair ok. And I will definitely be going back there again. So I highly recommend this hair salon at Southland Shopping Centre ok.

Total rip off. Went in for a regrowth colour, the lady putting the colour in had no idea how to do it and needed to be shown where to start. She then washed out the colour with cold water, and proceeded to dry my hair with the hair dryer on cold. On both occasions I said it was cold and she ignored me. In the end I left with wet hair. To add to the insult I was charged $55 for the worst service. I do NOT recommend this place.

The staff were rude and, the services were overpriced. NOT HAPPY AND NOT GOING TO GO BACK THERE!
