After purchasing a tv that isn't compatible with our WIFI 6, I contacted the store to request a return. We were told on purchase that is was the newest model. They also sold us a bracket to mount the tv that doesn't work or fit. A totally disappointing response from all 3 staff. We won't be buying from the Good Guys again. Absolutely hopeless customer service on the phone. The receptionist continually argued, unwilling to put the manager on. Eventually the manager spoke and hung up on me! No return phone call. We won't be buying from the Good guys again.
