Yesterday, I had a most unpleasant experience at Autoclean in Chirnside Park. I had my car detailed the previous day and when I got home noticed that some keys on the console were depressed. I was quite sure it was just that one of the workers had lent heavily on it and it would be easily rectified. I took the car back and explained the problem. One of the guys fiddled with it for a minute or two and it popped back up. All good. As he got out of the car he said, its cheap shit from Mazda, that's the problem, go back and tell Mazda they sell cheap shit! I retorted,"well that cheap shit cost me $39,000 just 2 years ago. More and more references around cheap shit kept coming until I challenged him on the way that he spoke to me. With that he flew off the handle and "cheap shit" comments were flying everywhere. I asked the manager to have him apologise to me and then discovered he was in fact the owner, who has come in to build the business. Well chum, you won't build much business with that approach. You disrespected a 75 year old woman who has 5 adult children living in the area and 8 adult grandchildren all of whom drive cars and regularly had them cleaned at Autoclean Chirnside Park. Not any more!!
