Bought a pair of Adidas shoes 7 months ago only for them to split material on both shoes the same spot. Took them back only to be told because it was material and not the soles they couldn’t refund or replace them even thou he agreed it was a manufacturing fault. Also rang Adidas Australia only to be told they would not refund because they were purchased from a store. Won’t ever be buying Adidas brand again and be letting everyone else I know about Sportsfirst Corio Village shopping centre policy on returns, not happy at all. Adidas Australia poor customer service. Will not purchase any more adidas merchandise and be letting everyone I know to be extremely careful about buying a thing adidas.
