  Very dirty and food left in floor from day before as I was there at 9am and was so dirty and wasn't cleaned uo I till about 10 am amd toilets are gross and dirty and stinky

  Absoutely disgusting owner. The staff today laughed at me for being upset that my child's party was a disaster as the power went out. The large and intimidating owner called me a bitch because I asked for a refund for the unused portion of the prepaid party. We had to sit in the emergency lit room with no cooling or heating and we were not allowed drinks because they were "closed". They waiting til we finished the food me then insisted we had the party and had no reason to complain.

  Had the worst experience today. We booked our sons party months ago. When we arrived we were told to find our sons name on a table and wait there until the room was ready. Fine, no problem. They allowed us 7 seats for 8 children and their parents. Again okay we can deal with this. At 1:50ish we were told at 2pm the kids food would be ready and we could go into the room. They also bought jugs of water and cups to us while we waited. At 2:13 we were told there was a delay and the room would be ready soon. No problem. About 2:20ish we went into the party room. We weren't really told the order of things so we just let the kid eat. A few minutes later the power went out. A small emergency light went on and the owner came and said that the power we off and sky if we were safe, we informed them we were safe but needed drinks (the room was quite warm and not ventilated). We were told we could give them a credit card to buy drinks and that the party coordinater would be in the help with that. The party coordinater took me to the register where I gave my card to another girl who started to write down what we wanted. A male (not in uniform) then told me we couldn't have anything and they were closed. I asked what we are to do as we have paid for a party. He said something along the lines of "have you got your food" I said yes and it was just a random what more do you want kind of response. We were not offered further jugs of water. I'm not sure how much time passed but I didn't have anyone come to me and speak about what would happen. We were yet to have cake, sing or have our visit from Charlie chipmunk. All which was pre paid. We also couldn't take photos as it was a bit too dark. We also couldn't play because it was all closed. I went and asked for a refund. I can't remember the exact wording they used but they said no yes, maybe and we can't by the female owner. I then asked for a written acknowledgement on what we did not get. I was told the power was out and they can't give me anything. I repeated several times that I just wanted the information written down. I was extremely upset that my sons party was such a flop. I was not abusive, but emotive due to my disappointment. The owner kept saying it was not her fault (which I acknowledge but I still didn't get what I paid for). They were much too busy to handle the mount of parties they had and couldn't service us. The owner was insistent that I was being abusive and this is when some older women working there started laughing at me and surrounding us. A male, (the same who said I couldn't make a drinks order) called me a bitch and something else. I was visible shaken and upset by this whole thing. All I wanted was a refund for all but the food. We were told that we had a hour of play and the food and that was the party. They kept comparing us to others who missed out on more. They refused to give me the name of the person who called me a bitch. He popped his head out to tell me I was lying and that they had all the video footage to confirm I was a liar. They then still further refused to give me the contact information I requested. Eventually I got their phone number and the female owners name. They then told me to leave before they call the police to escort me away. They also confirmed that they will reply to any review I leave to let others know just how abusive I was. I want to confirm that I was not abusive. I firmly asked for a refund and information on how to get that. I was refused information to make a complaint. I did not use profanity while dealing with them. I did not raise my voice in anger. I did cry, I did get upset and I was met with no compassion. Their only response was that it wasn't their fault. I also called the place a sack of shit on my way out. Which they replied yelled out that "see!!! We have that on camera!" Unfortunately it was their handling of the matter which I was trying to bring up with them. If they listened to my actual words instead of cutting me off they probably would have understood that. We have gone to chipmunks regularly for 2 years and will never return again, nor will my guests. Worst "no stress" party ever.
