Images is one of the best store if you need to gift someone. You have a loads of options to choose from handicrafts to brass items to clothing etc.

Images is a really good store in Dandenong plza. Probably one of the best stores in the plaza, regardless of customer service or reputable products. This store has a great sense of smell. Every time i walk in the smell is always strong and make you feel welcomed. The prices are very cheap compared to other stores..... And presumably better quality. Staff is very friendly, always smiling and have a great attitude and know the products details inside and out and what the product would best be used for.

It looks from outside very clean and good, but the product which they sell is too expensive and not worth for the price. The sale woman is very unfriendly and don't give appropriate information. And you don't refund the product and they don'd tell you that.

Tried to compare the stitching on 2 white shawls to see which one I liked better. When I went to look at the other one the lady on sales said "that's $39". I'm a bit presumptuous and insulting. I'm not looking at the price. Maybe offer some help. I'm not from dandenong but I can't help but thing that locals who may or may not be financially challenged would have an issue with that. I was in the shop for a while trying to find something with a nice pattern and it was obvious I was checking out the art. I'd rather someone offering help than showing that they are either judging me or stalking me. Say hi. Offer help. Dont be weird.
