The District Docklands is a shopping and entertainment precinct located in the Docklands area of Melbourne, near the Victoria Harbour and the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel. It was formerly known as Harbour Town Shopping Centre and underwent a major redevelopment in 2017-2018 to become The District Docklands. The District Docklands offers a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options for visitors of all ages and interests. You can shop your favourite Australian and international brands such as H&M, UNIQLO, FILA, Kathmandu, Bonds, Miniso and more. You can also find fresh food at Market Lane, which features Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and other fresh food offers.
The District Docklands also has a state-of-the-art entertainment precinct with Australia’s most technologically advanced HOYTS cinema and fun by Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq, which offers arcade games, bowling, dodgems, VR and more. You can also experience 3D art at ArtVo immersive gallery, where you can interact with amazing paintings and take photos. For dining, you can choose from a range of cuisines and venues, such as Urban Alley Brewery, Carl’s Jr., Fukutontei Ramen, Yassas The Greek Way, China Bar, Dohtonbori Okonomiyaki, The Coffee Club, Nando’s, San Churro, The Pancake Parlour and more. The District Docklands is open seven days a week, with opening hours varying by individual stores. Most stores are open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and weekends, except for Thursday when they are open until 9:00 pm.
