2 weeks ago I purchased a pair of Men’s thermal pant with the condition to bring it for exchange if did not fit. I took it for exchange within 48 hours as agreed because it was too small. The man at the counter said he won’t exchange it and I can come back later in the week to talk to the lady who sold it to me. The reason was it was an underwear! I took it to the shop again a week later to exchange it via the sales lady. I then found the same man which told me she is away for another couple of weeks. Now here I am frustrated at the whole situation and still no guarantees about the exchange I have been promised. My item is not an underwear and that man is certainly not helping the customer. The whole customer service by the sales team is very poor. According to Australian Consumer Affairs every customer is entitled to a refund or exchange unless they are told otherwise. This is not about the $16 spent but about the principles. I will take the garment again in a couple of weeks and if again not served might look into taking legal action. Before I forget, the owner of the shop is no where to be seen or found either so very strange !
