Misleading “Sale” % discounted. Watch out especially after POS.

Be mindful whenever big sale comes up. They tricked you by writing in red pen in the tag the sale price, you thought would be deducted from the 30% off advertised in store. You’ll get the nasty surprise after the sale was made that it wasn’t so. When you point this out, they made you feel stupid for not figuring out correctly and subtly public shame you. Very bad marketing ploy.
