I was there today sunday 10/10 at approx 12.30pm i was after some pepsi max 1.25 litre which was on special and some other items. usually you have a display and i grab about 4 boxes i asked a fellow standing in front of a register that was closed if there were any displays he strted to go to the drink isle i said i need 4 boxes he replied oh no there's none there i asked if there were any out the back he said no there hasnt been a delivery. he didnt even look the guy was about 20 possibly younger black hair i didnt get his name off his tag as i was too pissed off i left and walked around the corner to woolworths i'll go to studpark tomorrow for the pepsi.My wife always complains when i go to coles as i have always used them mmm i know this is not a big thing but it just pissed me off.

Absolutely wonderful service for over 30 years from this local store until tonight. Extraordinary rudeness experienced from 'Donna', only to become more rude and combative when the behavior was challenged. Would stop her rant, despite the Manager asking her to stop. When asked for an apology, she asked if I was going to apologize to her?? Does Coles find this behavior acceptable. Very shocked and disappointed.
