Appalled by the way I was treated. English is my fourth language and the person was not interested in listening to what I had to ask, they went straight onto their high horse and told me that they " DO NOT DO THAT" I was shocked, this is the second time I was treated like that by this branch. First time I have an issue with ANZ. Usually, they are so nice and explain things to me. But here you get treated like dirt. So I went home and tried online. Didn't work either. Considering looking at another bank.
