I am a regular visitor of Westside fountain gate and I often visit the target store. A month or so back I was browsing the store to kill some time waiting for my partner to pick me and my son back from ofc I asked one of the ladies from the women Clothing store if she can tell me the store operating hours ... she was extremely rude and told me if I need any information I should ask at the counter .. I asked her if she knows what the store timings were as if was a Wednesday and most of the other shops were closing down and she said my shift is getting over in 5 minutes ... she was rude impolite....I was amazed to see Such BAD customer service in such a big retail chain... I don't feel like walking in target after such horrible experience.i went to the customer care at the store and made a verbal complaint and promised myself no matter what I would never shop there... now I go somewhere else where there is target and avoid fountain gate target like plague .... t
