I have recently been in Frankston Harvey Norman about about 6 times in 3 weeks and had to call them multiple times. I have dealt with many staff but they have all been universally wonderful. On this occasion I was dealing largely with the computer depart and was assisted by Sid Sukkori. His service was above and beyond and he was exceedingly generous with his time and knowledge, ensuring that I got exactly what I needed not to mention what I didn't know I needed for my work lap top. I felt safe in his hands and he made the whole experience a pleasure.

tried and purchased a Sealy mattress - akin to sleeping on a rock ... no customer care from either Harvey Norman Bedding or Sealy - never again - do not recommend 0/10
