Land line disconnected,mobile to answering service, cannot contact them. Are they still open ?

Very rude sales rep, playing a game, no eye contact when asked about a product, When I told him he was rude, he proceeded to tell me I was rude. Then I asked for the manager, and he sarcastically laughed and said he's half way around the world. And I said I want the address and phone number of the shop, and he said it's on the website. Customer before me, was also ignored, she asked if she could leave her phone number for a product, and he said we don't get that product, While still on his game on his phone not even looking at her. He threated to call security, which I encouraged him to do. I will not recommend your shop, and I suggest you get rid of that rude and sarcastic sales rep & very unhelpful.
