Terrible and rude customer service , went in to the store to exchange a gift I had received, the salesperson a mature woman was extremely rude.and just pointed to a tiny sign. I tried to explain, she was not interested ,she just kept pointing to the sign ! I also wanted to purchase 2 21st gifts so she lost the sale ! Never going in that store again ! I would give this experience no stars !

Terrible service went in to make a purchase, I feel sorry for the owner because they just missed 2 purchases. If this Was my store I definitely would not have these staff members working for me.
