I am very disappointed with every aspect of this "Medical centre". Firstly they don't accept payments via eftpos which really made me think about what sort of a Medical facilities doesn't provide this option. This then leads me to my second point of having a minor treatment (which could have been done by anyone) costing $145 for a few steri strips.. which was also poorly applied after countless attempts. I paid the ridiculous amount and went to Camberwell junction medical centre straight after in which they charged me $30 for some "medical super glue" which is was more suitable in their opinion as this minor cut was above my eye which has made for a more seamless scar.. I would never recommend their Doctors as the doctor i was attended to had no idea, was not understanding any of the situation also wouldn't recommend their reception staff due to the attitude i coped and were not willing to answer my question on why an application of steri strips would cost so much.. I am so lucky I went to another place and had the correct treatment.. I am just so shocked a place like this is even open without adequate equipment. The Emporium should really reconsider this shop/medical centre's lease as they are letting the reputation down. I hope this goes somewhere as if i don't hear anything back I will be taking this further for some answers.. Thank you. 1xstar is more then you deserve Invoice 170586
