I slipped on some ice cream that had been spilled outside the Sussan store yesterday and your Security guy on duty saw me almost Topple over. Fortunately I didn’t fall, however, I slipped and dislocated my Left Knee. The security guy didn’t even stop and rendered assistance but kept walking towards the Management Office. I walked a short way east to try to walk out the pain but I couldn’t. By the time I walked back to the spot of the spill where I had left a mark from my shoes where I slipped there was a cleaning lady mopping the area. When I told her I had left that mark as I slipped she couldn’t have cared less. If the Security guy hadn’t seen me slip he wouldn’t have even seen the Ice Cream on the floor, he was on his ‘phone. I advised both the Security guy and the Cleaning lady to make a report as I had really hurt my knee. It is too hot for me to get back there today to lodge my claim. I will be doing that on Tuesday. I was fortunate that I didn’t fall flat on my face. The Cleaning lady didn’t know I was watching her quickly cleaning the icecream spill to disguise the evidence I’m sure.

What the hell is being done about all the dumped cars, old truck, old taxis in the the Northcote plaza car park? The are taking up valuable car spots for customers. Particularly near the police station ironically. Your management couldn’t manage a chook raffle. Well there are a lot of fed up customers are onto this.
