I saw on the internet this morning that Strand bags at Airport West had advertised a sale on all their suitcases. Being in need of a suitcase I decided to travel to the store this morning, only to discover that it was shut. There was a sign on the window which stated that the store was shut citing that the closure was due to Covid reasons ! Wat was the point of advertising the sale, when there was clearly no intention of having the store open for business? This was a waste of my time and a gross inconvenience to me! How about strandbags demonstrating some professionalism and thinking ahead instead of advertising the sale when they knew they weren’t going to be open? This is a very poor demonstration of respect for potential customers !!
