Hopeless staff with no customer service skills. 1pm Sat lunchtime and had virtually nothing on the menu that was available. Opted for standard BLT which took 30 minutes to arrive, tea went cold. Should have known better last visit was almost as bad, sent toasted sandwich back as it was dry and disgusting. Seriously don't know how this place has managed to stay open.
