Disgusted with the comm bank plenty valley Waited for an hour for so called customer service They agreed it was the banks error it it will take a few days to transfer my money back to my account- horrendous The branch manager swanning around calling everyone love - disgusted The customer service person left a lot to be desired We can’t keep blaming COVID 19 - which bank???
