Hi when I went to golden green store so I approached staff named 'Gail' I just asked for ear piercing. She said we are here for business not your ear piercing she behaved very rude & arrogant. .she was so screamy , doesn't know about customer service etal.Shewas like I am here for business only go to customer service and then ask them what do you want. At the end I just wanna say she even don't know meaning of customer service. She was worst angry arrogant lady in the world. I never seen this type of customer service ever . I never recommend to anyone to visit in this place. Worst worst worst.
