Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a watch from the outlet 3 days ago. Due to the boxing day crowd they did not agree to adjust the length. Thereafter we went to Chadstone got it adjusted but we were later told its a faulty watch. Went back to their outlet in Moorabin to get a replacement and requested for the length to be adjusted. The customer service agent was absolutely rude and refused to do so despite it being a 2 second job and asked us to come on another day as they were 'swamped ' with customers ( there were literally 3 other people in the shop).
