Absolutely, unprofessional, inexperienced, and uneducated about their role and their customer's needs. They are expected to be the custodian of our money but they turned out to be thieves. Thank God, I am in the process of closing the last account that I have with this low-quality financial institution. I have reported them to AFCA, ATO, and the Police. This is not the first time that they misuse and mistreat their customer but surely will be the last time.
