Had the best experience at the salon today. Lovely manger Banaz did such a great job with my hair today. She did a blonde and brown balayage. I was so impressed. Lovely service. Friendly staff members. 100% recommend it.

Regular customer Full on argument with manager and staff lasted maybe 15 minutes. Unpleasant to hear. Apology given to me when I stated I was unhappy as unprofessional . But remarks kept going between staff. My stylist is completely professional and great. Anu I would not have written this review except the manager ignored me when paying and no discount for being upset. Torn as stylist my regular and does a great job, but it was an upsetting visit

Had the worst experience ever at this salon. When the stylist sat me in my chair he proceeded to rip of an old band-aid and replace with a new one, then after asking what I wanted done proceeded to say I didn't have enough hair to cut. I wanted a #2 clipper around sides and trim on top. He proceeded to clipper straight into the top of my head. I stopped him and said I'd never had someone clipper straight into my crown and he got very aggressive and after speaking with the manager he said I could sit or go elsewhere. But if I stayed I could pay double the price for the cut. Just flabberghastered and disgusted.

Disgusting behaviour from the so called ‘owner’ Terrible hair cut. Do not recommend this place!!
