If they're not selling you something, they don't care! Shitty customer service. Staff cannot resolve issues and are SO SLOW. Wait times are ridiculous. Product isn't much better. Customer service hotline also unhelpful. Be warned! I would give zero star rating if it were an option.

I was blown away by the courteous customer service I received recently at this store. Kads spent quite sometime assisting choose the right phone for me and setting up. I didn't feel pushed to buy instead I was patiently provided with information comparing different phones. I would highly recommend Kads and his team. They work well together too. You can tell by their good quality customer service.
