I was not referred to a bulk billed clinic by this store but to a private place about 3 years ago. I saw Vision Eye Institute Coburg building by chance when passing there. I called straight away and sadly was told that they stopped bulk billing by 1st July 2021. so I missed my chance for having my eyes treated even now. I feel very upset. also the delay of treatments has stretched my lower eye lid skin making me look 20years older. private eye clinic also told me that we may recheck your eyes as we have different machine from Specsavers. Specsavers sent me 2 reminder letters for OVERDUE eye test yet what's the point for having made me miss my treatments and just having eyes tests with you again. you lost trust from people. did you earn commissions by referring people to non bulk billing places for treatments or you just simply never heard of Vision Eye Institute?
