Took a perfectly working phone for battery replacement. Phone returned with non-functioning camera and top speaker. Refused to accept responsibility for damaging the phone. Clearly the technician is incompetent and the business is dishonourable. Advise against using this business. Criminally incompetent. They will not honour their warranty and apparently have no real repair skills. Next step is consumer affairs.

Terrible. Absolute crooks. Selling cheap Chinese crap. Plastic car phone holder melted in sun refused to exchange or give money back. Called security on me to get rid of me. Girl refused to give her managers details and blamed me for damage. Go to a more reputable dealer. #cheapisnotalwaysthebest

Buyers beware. Their refund policy is within 3 days. What they don't tell you is the 3 days is from the date of purchase. For example, your purchase was on Sunday and went back on Wednesday due to change of mind, you will not receive a refund because their 3 days policy starts on the date of purchase, Sunday.
